Renting process

Step 1

Consult with our rental consultant to choose the house you like.

Step 2

Online and offline appointment viewing

Our professional rental team will make an appointment for you online (video) or offline (on-site) viewings and answer your questions.

Step 3

Pay a deposit to lock the house

After you select the house, please pay a deposit to lock the house (one week's rent), and then fill in the check-in form, we will immediately reserve the house and communicate your check-in requirements with the landlord.

Step 4

Background check

If the landlord agrees to your check-in requirements, we will;

  1. Send you a confirmation email
  2. Tenant background check
  3. Carry out renting rights check

Step 5

Signing a contract

After passing the background check, you will receive a rental contract from us.

Step 6

Pay the check-in payment before check-in

Please pay attention to the date and the total rent amount in the contract to ensure a smooth check-in.

Step 7

Take the key to check in

After receiving the check-in payment, you can get the key and move into your house on the day of the contract.
